Frequently asked questions

How does the 30-day free trial work?

By registering with InvoiceXpress, you are entitled to 30 days free trial of the application. You can create as many documents as you like, but the configuration for communicating your invoicing to the Tax Authority is not available during the free period. At the end of the 30 days, if you haven’t subscribed to any plan, your account will be suspended until you make a payment.

Do I have a binding contract?

No! Joining the InvoiceXpress Invoicing Program does not imply any contract with permanence periods or commitment on your part. If you have any problems, or are not satisfied, we will refund the amount for the unused period within 30 days of payment.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We currently accept payments by credit card (through Stripe) for all types of subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and Multibanco for payments from 6 months onwards. We do not accept payment by cash, check or bank transfer.

Am I entitled to support?

Yes. Support is included in all plans, even during the trial period. Just send an email to support@invoicexpress.com.

I used all the documents. What's next?

To continue issuing documents, simply renew your plan or choose a new one by accessing the application’s Account menu.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. To do this, simply go to the Account menu at the top of the application and choose Change Plan.

What are the requirements for InvoiceXpress?

InvoiceXpress is a web application that frees you from purchasing servers or expensive software licenses. It only requires a current browser such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Internet Explorer (IE8 or higher), with Javascript enabled.

How long do you keep my data?

Your data is stored securely for up to 10 years after your account expires. If you want to permanently delete your data from the application, you can do so in the Account menu. All information will be deleted immediately and it will not be possible to reverse this action.

Do I get 30 days free if I change my plan?

If you change your plan, you won’t get 30 days free. You are only entitled to the 30-day trial period when you subscribe to the service for the first time.
